Hydro Online is a trading name of KJB LLC (“Hydro Online,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company with its principal office at 1301 Parker Lane, Unit 339, Austin, TX 78741. By browsing the Site, creating an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Hydro Online is an online retailer of home hydration products — glass and stainless-steel drinkware, water filtration systems, pitchers, carafes, kettles and related accessories. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Products, descriptions and availability
We work to describe and picture every product as accurately as possible, including materials, capacity and finish. Even so, colors can vary slightly between screens, and natural materials such as glass, stoneware and cast iron will show small variations from piece to piece. These variations are normal and are not defects. All products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing and descriptive errors at any time, and we may cancel an order affected by an obvious error (for example, a price that is clearly wrong) after notifying you and refunding any amount charged.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping unless stated. Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number on our servers. By submitting an order you authorize us and our processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout, including product price, shipping and tax. If a charge is declined or reversed, we may cancel or hold the related order.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and, later, a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount in full.
6. Shipping, delivery and risk of loss
Delivery estimates, carriers and costs are described on our Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

8. Warranty and disclaimer
We stand behind the quality of what we sell. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within the window described in our Refund & Returns Policy and we will make it right. Except for that commitment and any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived, the Site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Use of drinkware and filtration products
Please follow the care and use instructions included with each product. Glass and ceramic items can break if dropped or exposed to sudden temperature change; filtration products require timely cartridge replacement to work as intended. Our filters are designed to improve the taste and clarity of municipally treated tap water and are not intended to treat water of unknown quality or to make unsafe water safe to drink.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydro Online and KJB LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, product photography, graphics, logos and the Hydro Online name — is owned by or licensed to KJB LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you may have to bring a claim in small-claims court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
