This Privacy Policy explains what information Hydro Online — a trading name of KJB LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) — collects when you visit hydroonline.store or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect what we need to run the store well, and nothing we do not.

Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us, you provide your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if you choose to add one), and order details. Payment card details are entered on a secure checkout and go directly to our payment processor — we do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information when you browse — your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand which parts of the store are useful.
How we use your information

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
